Membership Suspension

Suspension Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIP

We understand that there are reasons that you cannot attend AquaZone, and we do not want you to be paying for what you are not using. We offer unlimited suspensions on our direct debit and 12 month upfront membership’s. Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 6 months at a time.

If you have an upfront membership less than 12 months or you need to suspend your membership for a period longer than 12 months, please contact reception directly.

LEARN TO SWIM

 Learn to Swim students on direct debit may suspend for 2 weeks per calendar year.

How do I suspend my membership?

  1. Fill out the request form below

  2. Our membership software requires a start and finish date for the suspension period, to process a suspension.

  3. We will send you an email to confirm that your membership has been suspended.

Please note that your membership is not suspended until the confirmation email is sent, which may be within 5 business days of receipt.

You do not have to take your membership off suspension as it will be automatically reactivated. If you want to reactivate your membership earlier simply attend the centre and inform reception that you wish to reactivate your membership. We will process it on the spot and you can resume using the facility.

If you wish to extend your suspension simply fill out another suspension form for the extended period.

As the suspension is reactivated automatically from the date supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform us if you need to extend the suspension period.
