Mywellness

What is Mywellness?

Here at Aquazone we utilise an app called Mywellness. This app allows you to track your fitness journey by logging activity and connecting your HR monitors. It also houses our Group Fitness timetable and your personalised gym program. It's a great way to get involved with what's on at Aquazone by staying connected with our trainers and joining our challenges. It also provides you with the tools you need to complete body scans here at Aquazone! You don't have to be a member to have the app, so get involved and get tracking. 

We can help you set up your account! Simply scroll down to the bottom of this page and fill in your details, then follow the steps below. 

- Within 3 business days, we'll put your details into Mywellness

- You will then receive an email from Mywellness (if you're having trouble finding it please check your junk folder) with prompts on how to finalise your account

- Once you have finished this, simply download the app and enter in your log in details (username if your email address and the password you have created)

- Check in with our friendly staff to find out more about using the app!

How to set up a Mywellness account

Using your smart device:

- Step 1. Download Mywellness from the App Store or Goggle Play   

    

- Step 2. Enter an email address as your username and set up a password for your account

- Step 3. The app will prompt you to put in some more data, including your height and weight

- Step 4. Select the Profile tab down the bottom of the screen > click Settings > My clubs > this will search your location and (if you're close to us) will allow you to find Aquazone. This will prompt you to consent to sharing your details with us, if you're happy for us to do so you can turn this on (this will allow you to view our details/timetable etc.)

  • If you're having trouble connecting with us, simply bring your app down to Aquazone and we'll do the hard work for you by connecting you to our facility kiosk

- Step 5. By selecting us as your club you can view our timetable and any challenges we have running. If you're a member this also allows us to schedule appointments with our trainers where they can set up a program specific for you and your goals.

- Step 6. Check your emails for a confirmation email, follow the link to confirm and finalise your account. 

Using a desktop:

- Step 1. Click the link to the Mywellness website https://www.mywellness.com/cloud/User/RegisterUser/

- Step 2. Fill in your details > select log in

- Step 3. Click your profile in the top right corner > select settings

- Step 4. Select Your Facilities > search Aquazone. This will prompt you to consent to us viewing your details, if you're happy for us to do so you can turn this on (this will allow you to view our details/challenges etc.)

- Step 5. By selecting us as your club, you can view any challenges we have running. If you're a member this also allows us to schedule appointments with our trainers where they can set up a program specific for you and your goals. 

- Step 6. Check your emails for a confirmation email, follow the link to confirm and finalise your account.

 

Now that your account is set up you're ready to get moving!

Optional steps:

To connect your existing tracking devices, such as Apple Health, Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, My Fitness Pal, Polar etc simply:

- Select the profile tab > connect apps and devices > select the appropriate app/apps. This will prompt you to either allow privacy settings to be shared or input the specific apps log in details.
