We understand that you may want to change, cancel or suspend your membership at Aquazone and we don’t want you to be paying for what you are not using. We offer unlimited suspensions on our direct debit and 12 month upfront membership’s and you can upgrade/ downgrade or cancel your membership at any time.
Membership Suspension
Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 6 months at a time.
Please note that your membership is not suspended until the confirmation email is sent, which may be within 5 business days of receipt.
You do not have to take your membership off suspension as it will be automatically reactivated. If you want to reactivate your membership earlier simply attend the centre and inform reception that you wish to reactivate your membership. We will process it on the spot and you can resume using the facility.
If you wish to extend your suspension simply fill out another suspension form for the extended period. As the suspension is reactivated automatically from the date supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform us if you need to extend the suspension period.
Upgrade/ Downgrade my Membership
If you would like to Upgrade/Downgrade your existing Membership, complete the form below and the change will take affect from your nominated date. Upgrading your membership will incur a Pro Rata cost dependant on the date processed. All fees and charges will be adjusted accordingly and reflected on your next payment.
Please note that your membership has not changed until you have received a confirmation email.
Cancel my Membership
upfront memberships
there is no cancellation of payments, as you have already paid for the period. Your membership will cease at the end of the term and will not continue unless you renew.
There is an option to refund a portion of the term membership if there are extenuating circumstances such as illness/injury (This excludes Membership Specials). To apply for a refund email aquazone@warrnambool.vic.gov.au outlining the request and the reason for a refund.

To cancel your membership before the next scheduled charge, you will need to have the form submitted before the 25th of the month.
As all memberships are paid until the 27th of the month, you may continue to visit the centre or attend lessons until this date.
We will send you an email to confirm that your membership has been cancelled.
