Manage my Swim School membership
AquaZone is proud to partner with GreeneDesk to bring you a first class swimming lesson experience.
Through the parent portal you will be able to track your child's progress as they move through the swim program; see your current class information and the competencies required within each level; print certificates for completed levels and interact with our swim team. If you have more than one child in the program, your children will all be linked under the one portal profile.

Swim School Suspension
Learn to Swim students on direct debit may suspend for 2 lessons per calendar year. For holiday or personal reasons, suspensions that may exceed the allotted 2 lessons, we recommend you cancel your child's lessons and re-enrol on your return.

Please note that you will receive a confirmation of your absence within 5 business days of receipt.
Swim School Cancellation
We understand that there are reasons that you cannot keep attending AquaZone's swim school. We are sorry to see you go and hope that your time with us was fun and rewarding.
For direct debit memberships
- Fill out the "request for cancellation" form below.
- Click "submit"
We will send you an email to confirm that we received you email and a follow up email when we have cancelled your membership.
Please note: To cancel your membership before the next scheduled charge, you will need to have the form submitted before the 25th of the month.
As your child's fees are paid up until the 27th of the month, they may continue to attend lessons and utilise entry to our pools until this date.
For upfront students your membership will cease at the end of the term and will not continue unless you renew your lessons.
